    Standard shipping will take 7-10  business days with FedEx Ground.  Express delivery and second day delivery is availalbe please review our Shipping Policies for exact details.

    Taxes apply only to Texas residents; a 7.25% sales tax is automatically added to the order. Shipping charges are nontaxable.

  9. How do I return something if I've received a damaged or defective part, the wrong item or I am not happy with my order?

    Shop with confidence at Exclusice Cycles. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal.
    The following steps will ensure a smooth return:
    1. Any returns or claims must be filed within 5 days from the time package is deliver to you.

    2. File? Yes, send us an email with photos and details on the package and reason why your not happy.

    3. Re-pack the items securely with the original packaging.

    4.All return packages will have a 25% restocking fee unless if the mistake was made on our end

    5.Item must be return before any refund is given for a full inspection.

    6.Items that have been modified, abused, over powered or physically damaged will NOT be covered under this Exclusive Cycles Return Policy.

    7. Shipping product back will be at buyer expense  with USPS w/ Delivery Confirmation, FedEx Ground or UPS.
