Any return claims must be filed within 5 days from the time package is deliver to you. All return packages will have a 25% restocking fee unless if the mistake was made on our end. Guys we do not give partial refunds, so yes restocking fee will be charged and shipping will not be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping cost on the return item and make sure to obtain a tracking number as well to prove delivery. You will NOT get your credit/refund until the item is returned for inspections. Items that have been modified, abused, over powered or physically damaged will NOT be covered under this Exclusive Cycles Terms.
